Industrial Characteristics

I'm sorry, but I couldn't find a way to save this as an encyclopedic section. Yes, it was sourced, but it was full of "last year prices were..." type language which is unacceptable. Unfortunately this sort of information is also prone to become really outdated very quickly - I bet the numbers listed are much higher in 2008. A discussion of how land prices have increased in the area is encyclopedic and can possibly be salvaged from the original content (which is still accessible via the History) but as it stood, it was simply a bunch of numbers thrown down that made little sense out of context - including the fact there was no way to tell what year was being talked about. 2005? 2006? 2007?
