Page was flagged for clean-up and was way too long
Created Hugh (given name) and moved infobox, the "Origins" introductory paragraph, the "given name" categories and all entries pertaining to people with the first name "Hugh" to that page.
Added "see also" links to Hughes, Hugo and Hugues
Have started to connect the various European noble titles with one another. I had hoped to catogorise them under Cypriot, French, Frankish, Anglo-Norman, English, etc... but over the course of history many of these titles overlapped various territories and with one society conquering another they all sort of blended together. I kept them as separate as I could.
I have removed the "in use" tag in order to allow others a go at it (I've been at this for half a day), but I do plan on coming back to this page and better narrow the list for people two whom one or more of the titles belong. Per WP:DPT, https://wikinav.toolforge.org/?language=en&title=Hugh shows 232 outgoing clickstreams towards the proposed primary topic over 749 views, which is actually just ~31%, but at the same time no other topic comes up, and a quick skim of the sum of the long-term significance of the remaining items doesn't seem to be comparable. Looking at the reader interest, all time views of all Hugh biographies and all time views of all Hugh topics, the difference is staggering, multiple orders of magnitude. This looks like another case of an WP:NAMELIST obscuring actual reader interest. This seems easy to support then, but at the same time, the most popular topics are still sorted in that list in a manner that requires a lot of scrolling and searching.
