I've mentioned on another location that I'll be happy to rewrite this. This doesn't apply quite so much at the moment, but it was in a pretty bad state. Anyway, I'm planning rewrite it properly, just to let other potential editors know. T. Kew (talk) 16:47, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Deby article mentions that foreign observers said the 2001 referendum had irregularities, but this article seems to contradict that by saying no major intimation took place. I understand there are degrees of irregularity with elections, but I'd like to have a consistent account of how irregular or regular the 2001 referendum was. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.52.215.67 (talk) 00:03, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The second paragraph cites the U.S. State Department discussing a change "further during the year," but doesn't mention want year in which it was said. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:32A7:4B30:2D44:DE2C:D1D:7BFC (talk) 00:51, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
