Royal Glasgow Yacht Club?

[edit]

I'm not sure that Royal Glasgow Yacht Club is correct. According to http://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/sportscotland/asportingnation/article/0073/print.shtml, it was the Royal Clyde Yacht Club, which subsequently became part of the Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club. This is supported by the history of RNCYC itself, see http://rncyc.com/info/history/

Aricle change of name

[edit]

I think this Article name should be changed to "Hunters Quay, Dunoon", as Hunters Quay is now a contiguous part of Dunoon. (Springchickensoup (talk) 11:10, 27 November 2016 (UTC))[reply]

Don't think that's needed, we don't have to disambiguate with any other Hunters Quay, and the article can mention that the village is now contiguous with Dunoon provided that's supported by a reliable source. . dave souza, talk 16:08, 27 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Jim Crow as painted should be removed.

[edit]

Jim Crow as painted picture should be removed. Any thoughts? Especially as now sandblasted clean. --LITTLE LUGS (talk) 15:53, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect. Wikipedia isn't censored. - Seasider53 (talk) 21:11, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
