Jimi Somerville?[edit]

I think the redirection to the Somerville article for disambiguation is misplaced. His rendition is the 1973 Millie Jackson song with lyrics adapted slightly to his gender. Jackson writes her own songs. I lack the ability to perform the necessary edit myself (browser limitations). This is a famous reggae standard now, while I've never heard of the Mellencamp song, but that's another matter. Tasty monster (=TS ) 01:02, 20 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The Millie Jackson song was also done by Susan Cadogan/Lee Perry in 1975, which is presumably the reggae version TS refers to Dhyandeva (talk) 10:48, 14 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
