Invention location and date[edit]

This article opens by stating that it was invented at the University of Toronto.

However, this article is not the first to use the term "hybrid plasmonic waveguide" - in fact it doesn't use it at all - and the structure described had already been reported and described as early as 1987 [1].

The subsequent mention, Oulten et al, is the canonical first mention to my understanding, and this is even stated by the article itself.

Therefore, unless I'm missing something, that claim appears incorrect, and I've removed it.
