Neutrality Dispute[edit]

This is ridiculously biased. Maybe it's just ridiculous. Will someone please clean this up a little? Rhodesgomer (talk) 22:17, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it is ridiculously biased and it is totally lacking in sources. If you have sufficient knowledge of the area to revise it, please be bold and fix the article. (Don't hold your breath waiting for the original creator of the article to return; that contributor has not been here since last summer.) Other Memphis articles, including Douglas, Memphis and South Memphis, Memphis, need similar attention. --Orlady (talk) 22:50, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Firestone: New Chicago[edit]

I seem to remember an article yars ago which indicated that the Firestone plant was in the New Chicago neighborhood. Anyone know? Rags (talk) 11:59, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Pocket Town Comment[edit]

I'm considering deleting the name Pocket Town from the article. Interesting, if true, but totally unsupported within the body of the article. Any info? Rags (talk) 12:20, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Highschools[edit]

There is a lot of good information here about the two highschools. This is what a crowd-sourced encyclopedia is all about, and I personally applaud the effort. Good detail. That being said, the article states that these highschools are NOT in Hyde Park. Maybe this good information would be more appropriately found in the articles for the respective communities where the schools are located. At the very least, this info should be duplicated or transcluded there (if I understand transclusion correctly). Students in Hyde Park attend these schools. I get that. Still... How do others feel about this? Rags (talk) 13:15, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
