It would be more accurate to discuss what Hydrodynamic Focusing is and then explain its uses.

Let's see if I can articulate a begining.

Hydrodynamic focusing is a method of co-axialy focusing one stream of liquid within another. The inner stream is injected into a larger stream so that it becomes the central core.

I'll work on it. Please feel free to make suggestions too.
