Performance
[edit]How does HM affect performance? Would a 128mb/512mb HM card be slower than the same card with 128mb and no HM? Some guy 21:28, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
- It all depends on the task you are running. It the current application is more sensitive to system memory (like, file compression), then, the amount HyperMemory (or TurboCache) allocates to itself is gonna hurt performance.
- On the other hand, if you are running a game that begs for more video memory and doesn't need much RAM, then performace is gonna improve.
