This page needs a lot work - too much centered on controversies and remarks on internet forums. However, I will not change anything substantial without opinions of other editors.Pavlor (talk) 05:50, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Bankruptcy...

[edit]

There seems to be wikifight about this topic, but no discussion, so I start one...

My proposals:

1) Removing bankruptcy informations from introduction (this case is closed...)

2) Adding reference for official statement of Hyperion to proper "Insolvency" section

Your opinions? Pavlor (talk) 05:16, 17 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

As nobody bothered to state opinion (edit wars seem to be the way of solving disputes...), I did above mentioned changes.Pavlor (talk) 09:05, 25 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Hyperion Entertainment. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

"Whitewashing" of this article

[edit]

My intention is to rewrite this page using reliable sources. Negative informations about Hyperion are sourced mostly by forum posts, which are too weak to support encyclopedic content. However, removing these informations would mean "whitewashing" this article, so I ask interested editors to provide better sources - at least on the level of amiga-news.de (or similar news page with at least basic fact-checking). Weak sources for controversial claims are:

  • "change some flags and recompile" comment - no source
  • MorphOS illegal comment
  • Bill Buck is a con artist
  • AROS "probably illegal" - court document is good source for factual information, but not relevant alone for inclusion

Thanks for help! Pavlor (talk) 07:21, 25 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
