None of the other tour pages seperate the songs, new era or not and this isn't the first so-called new era for the band. They are all part of the RHCP catalog. As for Freaky Styley...the song wasn't played and someone put it there and it has since been removed. Jason1978 (talk 01:55, 31, August 2011 (UTC)

Looking at the Red Hot Chili Peppers Official Bootlegs page, I question whether that page is necessary. I get the feeling that the information given by that page fits the subject of this article and there's not significant information on the separate page to warrant it having, well, it's own page. It's for an "album" (or a series of "albums") comprised of the live performances from this tour. Currently speaking, it basically just duplicates some of the information from this page (a list of the tour dates which received a release). It seems like a sub-section could be placed on this page noting the details of this series, and special notes (such as certain songs not appearing for certain dates). I haven't compared the lists date for date, but I do see that it looks like the beginning of the tour wasn't included in this venture. If it's simply as that, a note in the section could serve it's purpose. If more dates were excluded, then notes could be added to the tour dates list to note which were released "live." Any thoughts? – Mizery Made (talk · contribs) 12:14, 2 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Tour end discussion

[edit]

Chad has stated more than once that the tour officially ends in April 2013. He said on his Twitter page that Coachella is a nice way to end the I'm with You tour. He said they planned to take a break after the tour ended in April and writing for new songs should begin in September. The two summer dates are in June and it's not rare at all for the band to schedule festival appearences after a tour ends. In the past those dates have provided us with some new songs but doubtful this time since the break between the tour and festivals is a little over a month.

Below are two recent Twitter posts from Smith plus a October 2012 interview with ABC News where he states the tour ends in April:
