Needed Citations[edit]

Someone is requesting strange citations for this article. For example citation has been requested for this statement: "ICS still works under its original name in the UK and Canada". This is a fact. Anyone who knows the companies or visits their website can find this. It is not possible to cite every single fact. Sarmadys (talk) 14:02, 4 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sarmadys, there is a trademark dispute on that point. As you are probably aware, there are different national trademarks at play here. The UK trademark and the US trademark should not be confused. According to the Majere Estate, who owns most of the UK copyrighted materials, there was bankruptcy sale in 1996 for the US (master) 'branch'. The US trademark name was sold to Penn Foster, who was affiliated with but not part of ICS. The UK and Canada trademarks are undiminished. My orientation?
