But there are a lot of existing links which point to IPCC in the sense of Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which is the predominant usage internationally. I strongly suggest that the disambig is changed back to a redirect and that a special disambig page is created. IPCC almost always refer to the world renowned Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. English Wikipedia has users all over the world that are not that interested in British commisions, Irish peatlands, fictional organizations or technologies "since renamed".
