Postal information is not always the same as the ISO codes.
For example, Australian state and territory postal abbreviations are not used by the ISO. NSW (postal) is NS (ISO), etc.
http://geotags.com/iso3166/iso.SO.html would also hint that this is also the case here.
I've changed the codes to the ones that [1], [2] and the ISO 3166-2 information provided by Debian's iso-codes package all agree on.
