Thanks for your work on this article. Unfortunately, this is a quick fail due to the article being a long way from meeting several GA criteria WP:GAFAIL. The article requires extensive cleanup (no article with a maintenance tag should be nominated), the lead is too long to comfortably navigate, content of the article needs to be reorganized to conform to WP:MOS, and referencing style should be improved for consistency and reliability, among other issues. This is the third nomination of this article and I do not believe that it should be re-nominated again until major edits are performed. Moreover, the current nominator has only contributed around 20% of the article content, which is not enough to address the issues raised in this and previous reviews.
