ITO (Indium tin oxide),the most popular used oxide metal in Optoelectronics. To achieve thin thickness, a substrate of BOPET is adopted, and using vaccum sputtering technology to get ITO PET film. This is a flexible, high transparent thin film in roll(from www.prochema.cn). Based on its property, it can be used:

  • 80-150 ohm/sq, 86% light transmission, width 610-1220mm, applicable in EL(electroluminscent),Epaper,LCD EMI shielding, transparent capacitive membrane switch,PDLC etc
  • 50-60 ohm/sq, 82% light transmission, width 800mm, applicable in LCD EMI shielding, transparent capacitive membrane switch, OPV(flexible solar cell), LED film/LED glass etc
  • 30-35 ohm/sq, 80% light transmission,width 800mm,applicable in EMI shielding,capacitive membrane switch(touch film),sensor,OPV,LED film

Film thickness:25mic, 50mic,100mic,125mic, 175micZcbgus (talk) 06:53, 10 March 2011 (UTC) Gus zhang[1][reply]
