At 29http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_number-one_singles_from_the_1950s_%28UK%29 there are three weeks listing "I Believe" as being the number one single on the UK Charts; however, at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Believe_%281953_song% it is written in the last sentence of the first paragraph on that page that, "Frankie Laine had the big hit version of the song, which holds the record for the most weeks spent as U.K. Number One. Then, in the "Recorded versions" section of that webpage it is written that "Frankie Laine (topped the UK Singles Chart for a still-unbeaten record of 18 weeks non-consecutively)." Obviously only one of the above referenced webpages can be correct. Which is it? Was "I Believe," as recorded in 1953 by Laine, number one on the U.K. Charts for three weeks or eighteen weeks? 69.235.40.4 (talk) 21:08, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
