Just For Today doesn't have any vocals... how can it 'feature' Kirsty Hawkshaw? What is she doing?

"Like their previous album Morning Sci-Fi this album features a hidden track, "Everything Is Brand New" which can be heard by rewinding about 3 minutes from the beginning of the CD." - How does one rewind 3 minutes from the beginning of a CD?

Put it in a CD player, and hit rewind till it says -3 minutes. I wonder if theres a way to transfer it to my ipod..

Re: 3 minutes from beginning of CD, shouldn't that be written as "8 minutes and 38 seconds into the last track", for example?
