Entire article needs to be revised - this building has been converted to luxury apartments[edit]
This entire article needs to be revised. This building at 1 Commercial Place has now been converted to luxury apartments. The Bank of America Center now occupies what was formerly the Dominion Tower (Norfolk) at 999 Waterside Drive. See this Virginian-Pilot article, July 2017. - The tower is now known as Icon Norfolk apartments. The address has been changed to 321 E. Main Street. Entertainment Buff 20:38, 20 August 2018 (UTC)

This page may need to be merged with another, Virginia National Bank Headquarters Historic District. Also, as of 2018, this former bank building is now luxury apartments known as Icon Norfolk. Updates need to be done. Entertainment Buff 17:33, 29 August 2018 (UTC)
