The result of the move request was: No consensus to move. There are enough oppose arguments making valid arguments that this can't go ahead. No consensus. (non-admin closure) — Amakuru (talk) 11:48, 17 January 2015 (UTC)

Oppose. Title already has sufficient disambiguation. Steel1943 (talk) 04:02, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- I now see that there are three possible subjects. For this reason, I am now neutral. However, I have gone ahead and created Ilz (disambiguation), which may need to be moved to the base title in the event that this move occurs. Steel1943 (talk) 14:54, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose. Although "Ilz" is ambiguous, and I don't see a primary topic among the river, the Austrian town or the IATA code. I would suggest moving this title to Ilz river (are parentheses really necessary?), and then making this page, Ilz, a three-entry disambiguation page. – Paine Ellsworth CLIMAX! 09:13, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- @Paine Ellsworth: I created Ilz (disambiguation) after understanding the actual purpose of this discussion. I'm thinking that this nomination may need to be updated to move that page to the base name as well, per the nominator's spirit of this discussion. Steel1943 (talk) 14:57, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- You continue to be way ahead of me, Steel Man. How do you do that? – Paine 19:01, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- @Paine Ellsworth: Eh, I do what I can! :) Steel1943 (talk) 02:04, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

- Definitely, the airport is not a competitor for primary topic. A town of 2500 people against a 65km river? Ooh. That's tough. Google Books shows it as a no-brainer--about 60% of the links are irrelevant (misspellings, etc.) but a good 40% are about the river. None about the town that I could see. The German WP has a disambiguation page at de:Ilz, including a link to this that is impenetrable to me. (It also lists the airport and the Austrian town, of course, as well as an Israeli district, a second river and a boat?) All considered, it looks like the river is the most noteworthy thing historically. I'm sticking with it as WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Oppose. Red Slash 08:40, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
