Impeachment inquiry against Donald TrumpFirst impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump – There is more than one impeachment inquiry against the president (See Efforts_to_impeach_Donald_Trump#January_2021). Should be retitled to avoid confusion. Interstellarity (talk) 18:22, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Moving this page was a bad idea

[edit]

There has been no second "impeachment inquiry" only a second impeachment. I do not understand why this page was moved. If a move was necessary it should have been to 2019 impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump. "First" implies that there was at least a "second", which is not the case here. The Democrats never had a second inquiry in committees. --- C&C (Coffeeandcrumbs) 19:05, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I get the point being made here, and it makes sense, but I wonder if it would be beneficial to keep this at "first" to ensure continuity with the "first" impeachment and reduce confusion. 331dot (talk) 19:07, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You inquire into something, not against something. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 12:00, 12 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Pigsonthewing: Would you suggest moving the article to change the preposition to "into"? Graham (talk) 04:31, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
