Doesn't the article Kyoto Gosho basically mention what is already written in this article? All the information that is here could be added/merged with there I think... anyone who disagrees please by all means say so. Gryffindor 22:43, 22 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The difference is this article is about the political entity while the article you mentioned is about a building. Or this is how the two articles should develop. -- Taku 22:57, 22 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with Taku that the articles should remain separate. Kyoto Gosho should give the history of the palace (when & where established, burned, moved, war, architecture, landscape). Imperial Court in Kyoto should discuss the people, ranks, titles, ceremonies, intrigues etc. Fg2 10:14, 23 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I also agree with Taku. In my opinion it is rather a case of expanding the article on the Imperial Court (People, organisation, history). Chingon86 02:50, 15 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I also agree with Taku. There is a difference between a court and a palace: The Kyoto Gosho still stands, as of today, and the court is gone. How comes? Well, looks like the people are missing. -- Mkill 18:42, 20 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, since it's now 4:1 against merge after 2 month I removed the tag. -- Mkill 19:05, 20 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
