Move to "In Advance of the Broken Arm" (30,300 G-hits) from "Prelude to a Broken Arm" (96,700 G-hits). While the G-hits might suggest "Prelude to a Broken Arm", this may be explainable in part by Wikipedia using this term in its title. A replica is found at "Yale University Art Gallery"—using the title "In Advance of the Broken Arm". The Museum of Modern Art also refers to it as "In Advance of the Broken Arm". Bus stop, I support the move. The catalogue raisonnée (Schwarz) calls it "In Advance of the Broken Arm". The inscription, in the lost original, as you know, says "In Advance of the Broken Arm/ [from] Marcel Duchamp". The 1945 replica has "IN ADVANCE OF THE BROKEN ARM MARCEL DUCHAMP [1915] replica 1945" and the 8 1964 replicas have a small copper plate mounted just above the scoop that also bears the same name. The content of the current article In Advance of the Broken Arm would have to be moved to In Advance of the Broken Arm (album) and Prelude to a Broken Arm should then be moved (with a [move] to In Advance of the Broken Arm, thus preserving the it's edit history.
