The Institutes Section

The Institutes section on the page seems repetitive and cluttered. It might make more sense to retain the table, and remove the one-line descriptions of the institutes. The table already includes the year of establishment, and in most cases there is little else in the descriptions. Moreover, all these institutes have their own WP pages, and institute-specific information could be incorporated there. I would like to go ahead and make these changes, unless there are any significant concerns regarding this. Thanks.  Shobhit102 | talk  10:33, 15 May 2018 (UTC)

@Shobhit102: I don't oppose, but the table lacks sources so you will need to incorporate (and verify) some of the sources into the table or otherwise find other sources for the table. --Muhandes (talk) 13:33, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
Noted. Thanks a lot for pointing this out. I intend to integrate the descriptions into the History section, along with refs. The table could follow at the end of that section.  Shobhit102 | talk  02:58, 21 May 2018 (UTC)
@Shobhit102: that seems like a good move. Once you are done (or even before) you might want to remove all those sources from the lead. The lead should only summarize the data, not introduce new information. --Muhandes (talk) 13:04, 24 May 2018 (UTC)
@Muhandes: Sure, I'll take care of this.  Shobhit102 | talk  13:08, 24 May 2018 (UTC)
