Confusion[edit]

This article, although short, has the potential to cause confusion:

The first sentence reads: "Constructed using light steel nets, indicator nets were often anchored at various depths to the sea bed around Allied naval bases during World War II.",
While the last sentence says: "The first example of indicator nets causing the destruction of a U-boat occurred at Dover when the U-8 became entangled on 4 March 1915."

Does the first sentence mean WW I ? Or does the last sentence really refer to a date in WW I? A spot of clarification would benefit the article immensely.
