'Land border' section: added references from Dutch archival sources

[edit]

I added additional notes to the 'Land Border' section.--borneoaddict (talk) 03:36, 11 June 2009 (UTC) Thanks - cheers - do you know of any accessible online sources as well? SatuSuro 03:47, 11 June 2009 (UTC) The sources are not available online. I obtained most Dutch sources unearthing them from the Nationaal Archief (Dutch National Archives) in Den Haag between 2006-2008 for research on the social history of the boundary between the Kayan and Balui rivers. Certain maps from 1891 - 1930 are available from these sources, but I'm not sure about copyright issues (they are certainly public, but whether approval to use them online by the NA archives are required). --borneoaddict (talk) 09:15, 07 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Indonesia–Malaysia border. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Sea Crossings

[edit]

It would be helpful if the 'Sea Crossings' section could indicate whether those crossings are for pedestrians only, or whether cars, motorbikes and other vehicles can be carried. I believe there is no ferry service for vehicles (except for possibly bicycles) at this time but have no concrete information. This would force eg anyone wanting to transfer a motorbike between the countries to use a freight service for this... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sejtam (talkcontribs) 14:46, 12 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
