WikiData merge with Germany's insult law[edit]

de:Beleidigung (Deutschland) should be listed as the German language version of this topic, but WikiData merging is blocked. I've reported an interwiki conflict. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Interwiki_conflicts/Unresolved/2022#%7B%7BQ%7CQ2660205%7D%7D%2F%7B%7BQ%7CQ3086119%7D%7D — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mrevan (talkcontribs) 19:57, 9 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Untrue depiction of U.S.[edit]

Bizarre propaganda here labelling U.S. insulting language as "legal". For example: [1]https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacodefull/title18.2/chapter9/article3/ "or who shall use grossly insulting language to any person of good character or reputation is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor" 2601:152:307:30F6:3533:2FD6:A48D:BD35 (talk) 13:32, 4 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Plenty of places still have outdated laws on the books, they just aren't enforced, This would be one of them.
Any conviction from this law would be quickly overturned. Kevinishere15 (talk) 20:19, 6 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
