separation of rights and "Created by" credit[edit]

A WP:SPA has changed the WP:LEAD to say that Michael Seitzman was granted separation of rights and "Created by" credit. I can't find a WP:RS for this "ruling". I see that the show began casting by February 11, 2013, but was still described as Based on unpublished book Dissident by John Dixon. By March 11, 2013, it seems created by credit had been granted or at least by May per (this). Request to add "Based on a novel" information[edit]

I would like to request the addition of the showing being based on/inspired by the novel: Phoenix Island by John Dixon. This is stated in the opening credits of the show in multiple episodes. I think the information claiming to be based on a novel is important. Several were in the press prior to the shows debut. However, I also think reviews that say the claims that it was based on a novel are ridiculous should also be included. I mean reviews like this.
