At opening of exhibition, Dinner of The Worshipful Company of Fishmongers “To The Prince of Wales & The Dukes of Edinburgh, Connaught, Albany, Cambridge & York &c &c”[edit]

Not worthy of comment in the main article, but perhaps of interest to a passing researcher, might be that The Worshipful Company of Fishmongers, in a wine stock book at the Guildhall Library, makes mention of “International Fisheries Exhibition 12 May 1883 Court Dinner To The Prince of Wales & The Dukes of Edinburgh, Connaught, Albany, Cambridge & York &c &c”, listing wines served. Document at the Guildhall, MS 21602. (My picture LMA_566.) JDAWiseman (talk) 14:09, 10 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
