Should this redirect to the history section or the root section?[edit]

There has been some movement of this redirect. It currently points to the history section of the I-84 article. I would argue the fact that I-84 was originally designated as I-80N is more than just a casual mention in the history section, a good deal of the article, including photos, discuss the original designation. For that reason I would argue the redirect should point to the root of the article, and plan to change this.Dave (talk) 16:36, 11 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
