Merger proposal[edit]

I propose to merge Stock control into the present page. The topic is identical. Also, the content of the article should probably be revised to emphasize more the control aspects leaving the optimization part for the Inventory optimization page. --Joannes Vermorel (talk) 10:08, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

@Joannes Vermorel I propose that Inventory management software be merged into Inventory control. I think the first topic would be better discussed under the context of the second. Also I agree with your proposal too Lbertolotti (talk) 19:57, 17 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Support merge. Both of these articles are little more than stubs and though they are not quite exactly the same topic, each is best understood when discussed within the context of the other, since WP:SUMMARYSTYLE is not a concern where so small an amount of combined content is involved. I see only upside to a merger, provided due attention is given to redirects (including WP:Double redirects).
