The link to the normal-inverse-wishart distribution does not work Helenuh (talk) 14:51, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is because it is not yet written. Please go ahead writing it if you are capable :-) — fnielsen (talk) 11:30, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

the parameterspace cannot be correct as it is written here... maybe m>p??? --Philtime (talk) 07:16, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that as well. (should be m>p-1). fixed—3mta3 (talk) 18:45, 13 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Inverse-Wishart distribution for p=1[edit]

See Section The parametriztion for p=1 is not correct. In relation to the inverted gamma distribution it should say α=(m+1)/2, β is correct Can anybody verify that?

Hyphen[edit]

Looks odd in the title, and is not in the article text. Can someone explain? Tony (talk) 12:45, 20 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Parametrization[edit]

There appears to be more than one parametrization for the inverse Wishart (and presumably the Wishart), making known results mutually unintelligible. Is there a mapping somewhere between them all? Shabbychef (talk) 18:58, 27 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Badly written section[edit]

This article currently says the following:

The probability density function of the inverse Wishart is:

Is this a function of Ψ or of X or what? This article is full of terrible notation and this is an instance. Michael Hardy (talk) 04:33, 2 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Lower Case[edit]

The pdf field in the info box uses a lower-case x (which implies it is a vector) - I went through and changed instances of this elsewhere, but in the info box whenever I try to change it the LaTeX crashes. This is a fairly strange error, I wasn't able to work out a way around it, so I figured I'd just pop a mention of it here.
