population %
[edit]the racial make up does not make sense. the population totals are over 100%.
- I guess this has been fixed in the interim ("92.00% White, 0.08% African American, 0.08% Native American, 6.22% from other races, and 1.62% from two or more races" adds up to exactly 100%). -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 16:37, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
- The demographics information in general is very old (from 2000) and out of date. Hopefully we can get that updated shortly. Jooojay (talk) 22:49, 27 June 2017 (UTC)
Braves
[edit]There's a SPORTS section at the very foot of the article, that goes on about the "Braves of Iraan" - I'm not sure if this is notable, but if it is, it would need to be in the main article, with sources, and a bit more explanation (e.g. which sport?). -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 16:35, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

Random facts
[edit]"Iraan is the second-largest town in the second-largest county in the second-largest state." I removed this sentence from the article because while it may be true, it does not sound encyclopedic. Maybe someone can rephrase it. Jooojay (talk) 22:54, 27 June 2017 (UTC)
