Iran's frozen assetsFrozen Assets of Iran – Normally, pages seem to be named similarly, but I don't know if this is just nitpicking, since I couldn't find any policies on the subject. Normally, pages seem to be named similarly, but I don't know if this is just nitpicking, since I couldn't find any policies on the subject. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Goose121 (talkcontribs) 20:02, 19 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Suggest Iranian frozen assets as the best possible title in line with WP:AT. RGloucester 20:36, 30 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment I'm the creator of his page. While I'm not against the suggested title, I think the current one has the benefit of having "Iran" at the beginning which increases the chance of being found when the users are typing Iran! Mhhossein (talk) 12:54, 31 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Undoubtedly my proposal serves to fix that problem. The usage of the possessive in article titles is near non-existent. The adjectival form is much more natural. RGloucester 14:11, 31 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment: in any case, "asset" is not a proper noun, and so should not be capitalized (unless of course the consensus is to have that word first in the article title).
@HandsomeFella:: I'm afraid. Look at this. Mhhossein (talk) 05:36, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Mhhossein: some sources obviously use title case, but as you may have seen, there were also other examples, such as "What is an asset?". And in wikipedia, we only capitalize proper nouns per both MOS:CAPS and WP:NCCAPS. HandsomeFella (talk) 06:05, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@HandsomeFella: Thanks for the clarification. --Mhhossein (talk) 06:22, 12 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
