In addressing the issues pointed out by a reviewer I have shortened the lead section and better focused the article on the topic. I am unsure where the potential "original research" referenced in the tag is, as all information in this article has been researched in academic articles or corroborated sources. I have left the copy-editing tag and the original research tag as I believe they probably require confirmation from someone else that they are ok to remove, but I removed the "lead section too long" tag after condensing the lead section.
