Total retail floor area and number of stores, missing and conflicting sources

It seems that there's some conflicting information about how big this mall is...

  • This article claim a gross leasable area (GLA) of 120,300 m2 and 300 stores, unreferenced.
  • Finnish WP claim a GLA of 115,300 m2, citing a reference that I can't check, dated 2013. (To confuse things further there appears to be an unreferenced claim of "nearly 300" stores and total area of 200,000 m2.)
  • Swedish WP claim a GLA of 114,485 m2 and 199 stores, citing a reference that I can't check, dated 2007.
  • The Itis official website claim "more than 150 stores", and does not mention any GLA or retail floor area, AFAICT.
  • The owner -- Wereldhave N.V. -- claim a "total floor space" of 104,000 m2, and 160 stores after "extensive refurbishment in the second half of 2014."

I'm inclined to go with the information from the owner here, because it's the most recently updated one and the only one that I can verify. But I'm obviously not sure about what to believe here. Also, please note that GLA and "total retail floor area" isn't always the same thing. For example, Nordstan in Gothenburg (mentioned above) claim a GLA of 320,000 m2 and a retail floor area of only 70,000 m2, because the mall also has some offices, which you obviously shouldn't count. So the question is, does Itis contain any offices or residential units, which might explain the seemingly conflicting information here? / Gavleson (talk) 02:33, 17 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I found an additional source, the Finnish Council of Shopping Centers. They claim a GLA of 114,071 m2, with a leasable retail area of 106,356 m2. This includes the 2014 redevelopment mentioned by the owner, which expanded the retail GLA from 96 to 106 k m2.
