Restored shortlist
[edit]The reason that this was a "compromise" between not listing any winners at all, is ridiculous. We list winners and shortlists on Wikipedia including many featured articles and lists. -- GreenC 20:40, 27 September 2020 (UTC)

- It's reasonably common for book awards, as far as I know: Folio Prize, International Dublin Literary Award, DSC Prize for South Asian Literature, The Hindu Literary Prize. I'll work on converting it into a table so that it is more accessible/organised. --Naushervan (talk) 04:16, 29 September 2020 (UTC)
- It's common for lots of awards, particularly the arts where winners are so subjective and inaccurate they highlight a larger field. -- GreenC 05:08, 29 September 2020 (UTC)
