Longstanding tidbit about Jones supposedly going to "Browning School for boys"
[edit]So. This information about Jones supposedly attending a private school in NYC - Browning School - was added by an anon/IP (from NYC...wow, how about that...) in April 2009 with this edit. It's not true so it has been removed. Shearonink (talk) 23:49, 5 April 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks for doing the research on this Shearonink. MarnetteD|Talk 00:42, 6 April 2023 (UTC)
- You're welcome and no problemo. I also looked up his autobiography and yeah...Jones never attended a private high school for boys in NYC. I'm just kind of stunned that this fake info-tidbit stayed in the article since 2009, but since it has been here for 14 years I didn't want someone to come along and assume it was legit and revert my edit. Born with stutter
[edit]How can a person be born with a stutter? Suggest "deveveloped a stutter" or similar wording. Jdegrand (talk) 14:17, 17 August 2023 (UTC)
