He is signifantly well known within Soul and RnB, especially in Beale Street. 668 results actually, and it is still a significant number of results, as I can think of several articles that have far fewer. There are various newspaper articles on James Govan, and he is well documented in several books. Anybody who goes to Beale Street will know James Govan.--TheEditor20 09:43, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
