Multiple issues template[edit]

I have added a request to the talk page of Hazara-Birar to give cogent and detailed reasoning here why the article does not follow MOS quality standards per the template added. Update note: Hazara-Birar said that his user account was accessed on 6 May by another who added erroneous edits to a number of articles.
