Young Lincoln[edit]

I had initially added the sculpture Young Lincoln to the list of works in this article, but it appears to have been created by a different artist of the same name. The Hansen biography cited in the references here does not match up with the known details of the sculptor of Young Lincoln, who was a 23-year-old working in Los Angeles in 1941, not a 16-year-old in high school in Washington, and sat for an interview with the Los Angeles Times after winning the competition for which the piece was created.
