Deathdate[edit]

James Melvin Newman shows up in ""Canadian annual review of politics and public affairs"" in 1964 in obituary section as dying on February 13. I would assume the book is covering the previous year so it would give him a death date of about February 13 1963. Here is link to book reference[1]
