Clean up citations, etc

[edit]

I have taken a copy of this article and I am working on it to improve the references, wikify it, increase links for context, etc. If any other editors have any additional information, please leave the citation here on the talk page and I will add it in. --Gronk Oz (talk) 02:16, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

DoneThe new version is up now. It ended up becoming a much more comprehensive rewrite than I first envisioned, including many new references that I came across in researching it. The end result is much more comprehensive and coherent, supported by references - I hope it meets with your approval, but if not please drop a note in my Talk page so we can discuss. --Gronk Oz (talk) 15:31, 1 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
