  • Comment: I am sorry for the long sourcing statement. With my newspapers.com account temporarily disabled, I'm unable to find a single source which says this in one fell swoop. This is not original research, however. The Kerbey source is clear about everything, but it's an unpublished dissertation. My googlebooks sources have gone dark on me from too many views. Sourcing now more compact.
