Wikipedia policy on external links

There are good guidelines in WP:EL. GBYork 17:48, 24 August 2006 (UTC) This user was found to be a sock of Mattisse

Can you explain the relevance of this comment to the article that this is the talkpage of? Jkelly 17:51, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
Now you've added a {{verify}} tag, which indicates you're questioning the referencing of the article, instead of its use of external links. I'm wondering if you're conflating Wikipedia:External links and Wikipedia:Reliable sources, or if there is some other confusion going on. Jkelly 17:57, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

Since I marked the article as GA-class, I'd just like to comment that it's been tagged as a GA since February and appears well-referenced, well-illustrated, and fairly neutral and stable. - AdelaMae (talk - contribs) 02:50, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
