Under the Controversy subheading, change: 'beat' to: beat There is no equivocation. He beat Tetris. Using quotes around the word gives a false and biased sense that the kid did not really beat the game. Of course he beat it! That's why the news anchor is reporting on it! Putting quotes around the word contributes towards her demeaning of the kid's accomplishment, which is why this incident is listed on her Wikipedia page, in the first place. 172.4.68.71 (talk) 18:03, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: quotes seem pretty appropriate here and we use them on Tetris (NES video game) where we mention Gibson's achievement - the game does not appear to have a "win" condition, just makes things more and more difficult until the player loses or glitches and crashes the game. Done I have updated the language to reflect accurate videogame community terminology and linked to relevant Wikipedia entry. This should satisfy both concerns above. ~CS (talk) 00:40, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Title achievement insulting 13 year old boy on live television after the boy managed to complete Tetris basically telling him to “go outside” 2601:196:8501:210:8F4:EECD:81B5:C743 (talk) 11:51, 6 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please change "As a mother, I would suggest taking breaks from the screen, enjoying fresh air. Beating Tetris may not be considered a significant life goal." To "As a mother, I would just say step away from the screen. Go outside, get some fresh air. Beating Tetris is not a life goal". 177.45.194.37 (talk) 16:29, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
