Regarding language - because this is the English wikipedia, all articles have to be in English. The only use of foreign language is to explain the occasional word, or for placenames / personal names. It's not appropriate to have large blocks of text in a foreign language in an article. Please could you edit the article to remove the foreign language ASAP.
