Why do wikipedia use Lopez and not López?--84.122.170.83 (talk) 00:46, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

because Spanish gramar goes like this: if the word is 2 syllables, emphasis is always on the first sylable automatically. so no acceent mark is necessary. for example, papa... papa means potato, but if you make it papá, it becomes father. Fertility Problems

A lot of magazines reported for years that she was having trouble conceiving. I remember reading that she had undergone a laparoscopy to see if she had endometriosis (I remember this as I was in hospital recovering from the same procedure when I read it). Is it worth mentioning anywhere in the article, especially as she has now overcome these difficulties and had two children? Jennifer's figure sales... This article sucks in term of sales. Lopez has NEVER sold 48 million records worlwild, but only nearly 30 million. Christina Aguilera has sold so far better and does not have sales in excess of 35 million records. J. Lo/David Copperfield performance false
