On the quote from Jennifer

[edit]

There has been persistent editing in order to misquote Jennifer Sey from the blog post that she wrote. The omission of "Could they?" misrepresents the quotation. Therefore, restored "Could they?" Beeker12 (talk) 20:39, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the quote and the other sentences sourced to the Substack post. Primary sources can only be cited for straightforward claims about a source, and don't establish that a matter is due for inclusion in an article. With that in mind, the characterization a political ally of Moms for Liberty violates WP:NPOV and WP:V (yes, even if it's true); the line repeatedly misquoted simply isn't verified in the source; and we have nothing to establish why it matters that she made this particular comment about the Hitler quote. If independent reliable sources discuss the quote, it might be suitable to restore a mention, citing those sources rather than Sey herself. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (they|xe) 21:53, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
