Removed NOTABILITY tag.

I saw the call to "Please help to establish notability by adding reliable, secondary sources about the topic", added the historic tie-in to Claudette Colvin and Rosa Parks, added a (Manchester) Guardian citation for it, and removed the tag. Is this how everything is supposed to work? Are there other procedures here? I've edited for several years, but never answered the Call of the Tag.
